– a bowl
– lemon juice
– a tablespoon of olive oil
You should mix lemon juice and a tablespoon of olive oil in the bowl and leave the composition to rest 2 minutes. After that you should dip your finger nails in the mixture and leave them for 10 minutes. Do this daily and you will notice an improvement in the aspect of your nails.
Try to avoid the following :
– water exposure : try to avoid continuous contact with water because it can damage your nails.
– chemical exposure : when you wash dishes or when you wash the bathroom, always put your gloves on because it will protect your hands from the chemicals that are in all the products.
– avoid alcohol based hand sanitizers. They will dry your hands and nails.
If you use this treatment above and after that you avoid chemicals, you will keep your nails healthy and brittle free.
