Homemade scrubs to treat whiteheads

Pimples, known also as whiteheads or blackheads, can be painful and can cause damage to your skin that will be hard to repair. If you have oily skin and experience whiteheads or blackheads you should try to treat them. Whiteheads are the form of acne formed inside the pores, and later on, if they are not treated, they can transform in blackheads.

You can treat them both with cosmetic products or at beauty salons, but why not try a DIY scrub, natural, cheap and with your own ingredients? Here are some homemade scrubs that you can easily do so you treat your whiteheads:

– fenugreek seeds scrub: mash some leaves of fenugreek and mix the result with some water so you obtain a paste. Rub gently the paste on the affected areas and scrub for a couple of minutes. You can after cleanse your skin with warm water.

– sugar scrub: sugar is a popular exfoliant, so just mix sugar with a tablespoon of honey until you have an homogenous paste and gently rub this paste on your face. It will help remove dead cells so thus it will help you with the whiteheads.

– cornstarch: cornstarch paste is really popular in the battle with pimples, blackheads or whiteheads. Just mix some cornstarch paste with apple cider vinegar and apply the mixture on your areas with problems. After 15 minutes you can rinse it off and don’t forget to hydrate your skin.

You can apply these scrubs whenever you feel your face too oily, recommended being once a week for one month in the beginning. You will start to notice the difference soon!
